All donations and bookings for Poojas/Offerings made through this website are voluntary. By making a transaction, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• All funds collected are used strictly for temple rituals, festivals (Sasthapreethi), and community welfare activities.
• Receipts for online donations will be generated and can be collected from the temple office or sent via email upon request.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the religious nature of our services, the following policies apply:

• Donations: Donations once made are non-refundable.
• Pooja Bookings: If you have booked a Pooja (e.g., Ganapathy Homam, Archana) and wish to change the date or details, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for performed Poojas are not possible.
• In case of technical errors (e.g., double deduction), please contact us at gramasamooham@gmail.com with proof of transaction for a resolution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the logo, text, images, and design of this website, is the property of Avanavancherry Grama Brahmana Samooham Trust or its technology partner, Divasprik Intelligence Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
